This roti is made in sunflower oil
Shalini said that Gondali rice is first used to make Gondali roti. This Gondali rice is found all over Jharkhand. Wash the rice well and let it swell overnight, then grind it in the morning and grind it. Nothing is added to it after this. If you want, you can add a little salt as per taste. After adding salt, the paste will be ready.

After this, the paste has to be put in an earthen pot. Keep in mind that the earthen pot should be very hot. After heating, put one spoon of sunflower oil in it. Because the taste of sunflower oil is very different from the rest of the oil and it is also very beneficial in eating and there is sunflower in our fields, that’s why we use it. After putting it in the handi, keep the paste covered for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, your roti will be ready. After taking out the roti, add half a teaspoon of pure honey to it and serve hot.

Shalini tells that if someone in our homes wants to lose weight or has constipation problem, then they eat two to four rotis.
